Thai Eggplant With Shrimp Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

One Big Size Eggplant, Three Shrimp, 2 Tablespoons chopped garlic, 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 Teaspoon soy sauce, 1 Teaspoon soybean paste, 1 Teaspoon fish sauce, 1 Teaspoon coconut sugar, Olive oil about 2 Tablespoons, 1 Chili Pepper, Handful Thai Basil.
