The more you practice unintentionally, the more you will get open-minded for the test. Remember this is SSB so it’s never going to be easy. They always keep a high standards of expectation from the candidates, and are going to test you in different manner. Your success in NDA not only depends on how well you perform physical tasks but your quick wittedness to solve a particular situation is what counts. So, work on this if you want to perform well.
