This is a great workout for all levels because I will provide modifications throughout to decease or increase the intensity! We have 7 exercises to get strong!

- WINDSHIELD WIPERS WITH CHEST UP
- ONE SIDED BICYCLE CRUNCH
- SWITCH SIDES
- HEEL TAPS
- SIDE PLANK HIP DROPS WITH A TWIST
- SWITCH SIDES
