This 3 minute video tutorial focuses specifically on setting up automated FAQs for your potential customers to access via Messenger & Instagram. Facebook stats show that a large proportion of those people polled don't mind if they are dealing with a bot or a human as long as they get answers to their questions, so there we have it!
