1959 Les Paul Standard played by Sadler Vaden

This original 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard is simply as fine as they come! With very little fading, the beautiful cherry sunburst looks much like it did when it left the factory 6 decades ago! The tuners are period-correct replacements, using the same screw holes and footprints of the originals; the originals (with shriveled buttons) are still with the guitar. This is a completely original and unaltered guitar. The PAF pickups, which both have black bobbins, have never been taken out of the guitar and have never had the covers off.

This beautiful example of an original "Burst" has only a few spots of wear. There is a small chip in the finish on the bass side of the headstock, a small crack in the input jack plate (stable), and a small round spot where the finish has been removed on the back of the guitar.
