The Justice minister Shahid Malik has stepped down following claims that he was paying a below market rent on his Dewsbury home.

MPs are facing the anger of their constituents as they return from a tumultuous week in British politics.

And tonight, Scotland Yard says a panel WILL meet to decide what action to take over claims MPs misused expenses.
