A Department of Homeland Security officer (DHS) and 3 security officers, all 4 with guns and a fine looking security dog wanted my state or federal ID to enter a United States Post Office. I am writing a story on the United States Postal Service as first class and post card stamps are set to increase this month. I also wanted to purchase some forever stamps before they go up.
I, Duane Henry Hoefer Lyon, a sovereign United States citizen by birth and international journalist was denied access to perform public business and my freedom of press. In both cases my constitutional rights were openly violated.??? The 3 armed security officers threatened me with detainment and pointed out city ordinances posted stating this could further escalate to an arrest. When I asked what laws am I suspected of breaking they said, (building rules). I replied that rules are not laws and city ordinances do not supersede federal law under the United States Constitution. One security officer admitted they received no training on the Constitution, they were simply doing what they were told to do.
Untold millions of people have entered our nation illegally and yet last year I was asked to provide an id in Texas at a border patrol station within the US border, (Homeland Security). One time in New Mexico on a Greyhound bus I was asked to prove my citizenship, I politely replied, no thank you. Once in the Bahamas US-TSA agents attempted to deny me entrance back into the USA even though I had provided a valid US Passport. I proved I'm a citizen and you cannot deny me entry into America without cause was my reply. Myself and Kenyan missionary, Jerry W. Turner were allowed in without further delay. The slippery slopes in America grow increasingly slick. The end times are here. If we don't stand for something we will end up falling for everything! Seek wisdom, seek God!
