My friend ‪@JamieTCPanton‬ are proud to share our documentary on introversion, mental health, making art, and turning your pain into your superpower.

This short film goes deep into my background, growing up in rural Wales as a shy introverted person with depression and anxiety. I talk about how I grew up, coping with impostor syndrome, writing when unwell, and how I make peace with the dark parts of myself and use them as my powers to create.

This is a very honest and raw documentary, and to be honest I'm a bit nervous about being so open - but I believe that sharing our real experiences helps shine a light into the darkness and help us all realise that we're not alone when things feel impossible.

Writing my latest album Bring In The Wild was a cathartic process of working through many of the issues I talk about in this documentary; and so, it feels like this film marks the closing of my Bring In The Wild era, ready for what's to come next.
