The Psychology of Felix Hugo Fraldarius (Fire Emblem: Three Houses)

Описание к видео The Psychology of Felix Hugo Fraldarius (Fire Emblem: Three Houses)

Felix Hugo Fraldarius has experienced a lot of loss and grief over the course his life, even prior to Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Since the death of his brother Glenn we hear from several people like his good friend, Sylvain, that Felix has visibly changed in a lot of ways and so that's what I want to talk about today. I'm going to dive into how Felix in particular is experiencing grief based on his grieving style, and how this grief has impacted his development based on Erikson's Theory of Psychosocial Development and Marcia's theory of Identity Development. To do this I look at his conversations with a slew of characters like Byleth, Leonie, Seteth, Ashe, and of course Dimitri and Sylvain! While I wish I could go more in depth into every single support conversation, these ones in particular give a fairly holistic and representative view of Felix's character as he appears in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

I do want to note that all counselors will come at situations from different theoretical orientations, backgrounds, and belief systems. My opinions correlate with my own education and professional experience up to this point in my education as a Master's level counseling student.
