Today, I'm getting my first look at the new wave of clearance boxes at Walmart. We've seen these boxes in the past for $17, but this time around with 2023 Topps Series 1, the price is down to $15. The retail side of series 1 was quite difficult for parallels or hits, so let's set some expectations for the box, and see how it goes.
