Jim Cramer: January jobs numbers are ‘throwback numbers'

After January payrolls growth shattered expectations, Jim Cramer, host of CNBC's "Mad Money," says that the numbers are reminiscent of times of 3 or 4 percent growth in the United States, calling them "throwback numbers." January nonfarm payrolls grew by 304,000, smashing economist expectations of 170,000.
