The WorkBC Wage Subsidy is an amazing resource for eligible job seekers who are looking to boost their job search, gain experience, and get a paid job.

It’s a free service provided by the Province of British Columbia through WorkBC Centres, that incentivizes employers to hire WorkBC-eligible job seekers. How? By providing said employers with financial supports to hire and train these job seekers, covering a portion of their wages for up to 24 weeks.
