War Robots [2.3] Test Server Gameplay with the new Medium Prototype and Light Prototype.
sorry for the late upload , i was supposed to make this video right after the first Test session with 1 hour but i overslept and so missed it , had to wait until the test server open again in order to make the video.
anyway about the new Robots , i like the Light Robot because it can equip 4 Aphids , all other weapons are not so good on it because the Robot is just weak and vulnerable to walk up in front of the enemy and start shooting magnums or Pinatas , it's going to quickly melt from enemy plasma weapons and Tridents and thus Aphids allow you to fire from behind a cover while keeping your skin safe from enemy weapons , however i don't like it's ability cooldown time , 17 seconds is too much for a weapon like Aphid which reloads in less than 10 seconds , the previous ability cooldown time for it's skill used to be around 5 seconds but Pixonic now increased it to 3 times higher than before making the Robot significantly worse.
for the new Medium Prototype , it got extra 10k hp buff and some reduction on it's ability cooldown time (from 40 to 25 ) , i still think the ability cooldown time needs even more reduction since extra 10k health won't make a big of a difference on the battlefield , even if the user had 4 Orkans equipped , he will usual end up dying before being able to unload all of them in a single firing session as that clearly shows up in the second battle , however if you had some teammates on your side that are willing to take a hit for you , you can fire all your weapons from the back line , dishing out massive amount of damage in short time , but remember , a smart enemy will always focus your Robot first because of it being a high threat in terms of firepower so don't count on it.
i still think this guy needs a physical shield.
lastly , i added 1 heavy Prototype with 4 Trebuchet because i had a theory that it can have a higher firepower than a Fury Triple Trebuchet if you used it's Swap Ability at the Right time especially after the cooldown reduction it received , but i guess in the end it has a similar firepower to the fury and not more , the only benefit you get is the extra 10k health and better movement speed , but i would still say the Fury is Definitely better option , (unless) Pixonic reduces the Swap Ability cooldown time even more or just make the Robot cost Workshop points making it a good replacement for the Fury for those who don't have one already.
