2-3 boiled potatoes (sliced)

1 tomato (sliced)

1 onion (sliced)

1 cucumber (sliced)

Green chutney

Ketchup

Chat masala

Bread slices (white or whole wheat)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Veggies: Slice the boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber into thin round slices.


2. Apply Green Chutney and Ketchup: Spread a layer of green chutney on one side of each bread slice. On the other slice, apply a thin layer of ketchup.


3. Assemble the Sandwich: Place a layer of boiled potato slices on the chutney side of the bread, followed by tomato, onion, and cucumber slices.


4. Season: Sprinkle a pinch of chat masala over the veggies for a tangy flavor.


5. Close the Sandwich: Place the second slice of bread (ketchup side facing down) on top.
