A recap of the 6-day trek up Mount Kenya, to Batian Peak, via Point Lenana. Batian Peak is the second-highest mountain in Africa behind Kilimanjaro at 17,057 feet (5,199 meters). It was a technical climb, involving 22 pitches at 5.9. Point Lenana is the hiking summit at 16,355 (4,985 meters)
