Dekker Is The Most Dominant Support | Paragon: The Overprime [4K]

Dekker used to be a plague in every match a couple months back since everyone built her like an ADC. Some balances and item changes later, and you don't see her as much but when you run into a good one it can be really difficult to deal with.

I understand why people build her as an ADC since her physical damage scaling was so high for whatever reason but her kit is actually really good. Even in the ADC era, I felt she was more useful when you built her with all magic and max cool down because she is a real disruptor. Her Q makes her a walking stun gun, her E is really useful for zoning and has good wave clear mid-game. She has high mobility with her RMB and her ULT has so many use cases it's insane.

My mindset running with Dekker is to counter enemies with high CC, notably Riktor, Boris, Crunch, Steel, and even Muriel. A good item for this is High Priest's Consolation which is usually my first item. I also like to run Mini Moda for fast characters/ assassins like Twiblast, Zena, Shinbi, and Feng Mao.
