Vietnam Visa update January 2024 - Expats must leave to Extend Visa

Vietnam Visa regulations have changed again as of early January, 2024. All new applications for E visas from INSIDE the country are being DENIED. You must leave country before applying for a new Visa. This is not ideal, because following the typical process this would mean waiting outside of the country at least 3 days rather than doing same-day Visa runs.
