EXCEED RC Driftstars: Metal Mulisha Driftas!!

Hi youtubers! Thanks for watching Bobby B EastCoast RC! Man it feels like awhile since I've made a video, its always busy since school ended for my 2 boys and I'm lucky I can bring them to work some days but boy have I been beat tired! But I got lucky and had a day off when the kids were visiting their mom so me and Big John grabbed our driftstars and headed out to look for a destination ripe for drifting action!! One of the best things about drift cars is how easily you can find a place to run em' Now i'm not one to run on crowded streets so the road in front of my apartment is to busy, but luckily for me and Johny boy we remembered that the last time we went to vets to crawl we noticed they were repaving the main road through the park!! So we quickly headed out to vets! Its a 5 minute ride to the park and there is hardly ever a car coming through so its perfect! Big John has got his trusty stock setup still right down to the 7 Cell NIMH battery! But I switched out my Brushless set up for the XTM system I had in my Dodge Ram Slash! Technically I had 2 3500 kv 550 can motors so I only switched the ESC! Oh it works great with silky smooth throttle response and a comfortable feel when delivering power to the ground! The one problem is I left the Tuning program card for it at home and it was left on Forward and reverse with No BRAKE!!! So in other words I have no BRAKES only forward and reverse so for me that's hindering a little bit but nothing I couldn't work with!! I ran a 2 cell lipo in the car and overall it performed great! Big John is beginning to have problems with his transmitter giving flaky responses to his commands but the big guy just worked through it and still put on a show! All together it was a great time and a lot of fun! So for anyone looking to get into drifting I would recommend looking at the Exceed RC driftstar as a great way to break into the drift Segment of this awesome hobby!
