Taking residence in the Sydney suburb of Surry Hills, Eileen’s Bar boasts as the best gin bar in the vicinity, extending the legacy of Four Pillars from their distillery in Healesville. Providing patrons with an immersive experience, the bar is an impressive addition to Sydney’s resurgent hospitality scene.

The interior design of the venue points to its status as the best gin bar in Sydney. At the centre of the design is a juniper blue 20-stool concrete bar, behind which cocktails are made in an entertaining, theatrical fashion; the striking nature of the fitting expresses the company’s passion for their work. Banquette seating arranged around the perimeter of the space is upholstered in a subdued navy blue, as not to distract from the bar itself.

A strong sense of identity grounds the best gin bar in Sydney. YSG Studio embraces the venue’s industrial foundations, allowing the post-depression era architecture to authentically represent the spirit of craftsmanship that guides the Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville.

YSG Studio takes care to transfer the creative, industrious character of Four Pillars into the distiller’s new home; the resulting space forms the best gin bar in Sydney.
