Very delicious Strawberry Cake that just melts in your mouth. Perfect dessert for the summer! It is not too sweet, moist, very delicate, tender and has an amazing flavour. You’ll definitely love it!

Ingredients:
500ml milk, room temperature
1 orange zest
4 eggs, room temperature
150g/ ¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
130g/ about ½ cup butter, melted
120g/ 1 cup plain flour
juice of ½ orange
a pinch of salt
200g fresh strawberries
1 tbsp icing sugar

Tin size: 33x22.5 cm or a little bit smaller

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 35 min, cool for 15 min, cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. Decorate with fresh strawberries, dust with icing sugar and serve. Enjoy!
