Do They Still Make New Cassette Decks?

Описание к видео Do They Still Make New Cassette Decks?

It's no secret that cassettes have made quite a comeback. They have really grown in popularity over the past few years. People snap them up at yard sales and second hand shops, and they sell for good money on places like eBay.

But what about actual cassette players? Do they still make them? Of course, you can find decent ones on the secondhand market, but there is no guarantee that they will function properly.

So that begs the question if there are companies out there that still sell new cassette players. The answer to that is yes! There are in fact several new cassette players on the market, manufactured by a variety of companies. In this video, I take a look at 5 of these new cassette decks.

Of course, when you buy a new tape deck, the buyer must beware. Build quality can vary wildly. One cassette player may be very decent quality, but another one by a different manufacturer may be of very poor quality. It's good to do your homework and read reviews on various models. Don't spend your hard earned money on something that is just going to let you down!

I did a video a while ago about a brand new cassette boombox that I spotted at a local store. The store is called Hart, and the boombox was made by a company called Borne. I never did buy this item, so I have no idea how good it is, or if it is worth buying. I will post a link to that video at the end of this video.

I am sure you will recognize many of the brands that I mention in this video. We have decks by companies like Sony, Panasonic and Tascam. If you end up buying any of these players, please let us know your thoughts on it!

Do you still buy cassettes? What kind of player do you use? Are you a big fan of the cassette comeback? Or do you think cassettes should have died and gone away decades ago? Feel free to leave a comment! Also, feel free to check out my playlist dedicated entirely to cassettes.
