How to Manage Contacts in Gmail Account?
1. Open Your Favorite Browser.
2. Go to Gmail.com
3. Enter your User name and Password.
4. Click Sign in to Login to Your Gmail Account
5. To add a New Contact, Locate the Gmail Button at the top left of your Gmail page and click on it.
6. Select Contacts from the Drop down menu.
7. Click the New Contact button.
8. This will open a New Contact form.
9. Fill in their name.
10. To add a Picture, Click on "Add a picture," then Upload a photo from your computer.
11. Add Email addresses, Phone Number, and other info, as desired.
12. All the Information that you have entered will be saved automatically.
13. To Edit a Contact, Go to My Contacts Menu on the Left and Click on the User You wish to edit.
14. Make the necessary change and click save now to save the changes.
15. To Delete a Contact, Go to My Contacts Again.
16. Now, Put a check mark on the left of the user name and click more.
17. Select delete contact from the drop down menu.
18. To Group the contacts, select the Contacts you wish to Group and click on the group icon.
19. Give a name for the new group and click create new.
20. As you can the selected email addresses has been added to the new group a2ztube.
21. To Export the contacts, select the Contacts you wish to Export and click on more.
22. Select Export from the drop down menu.
23. Now, Select the Type of Format you want and click Export.
24. The File will be downloaded to your browser default download location.
25. To merge the contacts, select the Contacts you wish to Merge and click on more.
26. Select Merge contacts from the drop down menu.
27. As you can see all the contacts has been merged to a single contact.
28. To restore the contacts, select the Contacts you wish to Restore and click on more.
29. Select Restore contacts from the drop down menu.
30. Select a time to restore to and click restore.
31. As you can see all the contacts have been restored like it was before.
