2 salmon filets
6oz onion and chives cream cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
1/3 cup diced onion
1/3 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Lawrys seasoning


Seasoning for salmon:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets, skin-sides down, in the hot skillet and sear for 5 minutes. Gently flip and sear the other sides for 5 minutes. Flip again then add in butter and Italian seasoning let that melt and baste your salmon with the butter sauce and let it cook in the butter sauce for 5 minutes

4 tbsp butter
4 cloves of garlic crushed
Fresh thyme sprigs
Fresh parsley
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Lawrys seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Potatoe mixture
2 large russet potatoes
Half stick of butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 slices of apple wood bacon
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp of chives
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese

Cajun cream sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of clam juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp cajun seasoning
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
