What is a magnetic separator?
As is mentioned in the last YouTube, you can choose a magnetic machine to improve the recovery rate of copper. But what is it? Like a small magnet, a magnetic separator machine uses a magnetic force to separate magnetic materials from non-magnetic ones. It aims to extend other equipment’s service life such as crushers, shredders. Magnetic separation equipment plays an important role in purifying materials. Our D series two-layer magnetic separator machine is a kind of magnetic belt which can make the copper purer from iron, aluminium and other magnetic materials. Over-belt magnets are installed above product lines and extract the metal pieces from the product on the conveyor below.

Processing principle:
