Hi 👋 Introducing myself and taking you on a little tour of my website. I’m 54 years young! I’m a mom to 4 awesome kiddos (ages 24, 19, 18 and 16). I have an amazing hubby, Steve who I manifested and who as we all know makes me the best almond flour pancakes every weekend. 🥰 I love to hike and run 🏃‍♀️ in the woods🌲nature feeds my soul. I love mama 🌍! I 🩷to mountain bike, ski and dance, dance dance! 💃 I love being around people, but also need to have plenty of time with myself to recharge. I 🩷 my own company🤗

I believe food is medicine, sleep is vital (love my sleep) and I wake up everyday with gratitude for the day! ☀️we are all so lucky to be here!
