The cryogenic control valve is a new generation product independently developed by our company based on many years of design, manufacturing, and on-site experience to meet the operating conditions of users. It is suitable for working temperatures ranging from -110℃ to -196℃, and can stably achieve precise flow and pressure regulation of cryogenic fluids.
The extended stem and long-neck bonnet design reduce cold energy loss and prevent packing freeze.
To precisely match different operating conditions:
Classified by valve core: conventional valve core, pilot valve core
Classified by sleeve: conventional sleeve, multi-hole sleeve, labyrinth sleeve, etc.
The packing box assembly is optimized for good sealing performance, low friction, high control accuracy, fast response, and small dead zone. A combination of PTFE and flexible graphite is used to adapt to the shrinkage characteristics of the medium at low temperature.
