Buncombe County and YWCA present "Tabata Interval Training - Level 2," a high intense advanced exercise class that works your cardiovascular and tones your muscles. This class consists of five exercise moves working as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then rest periods for 10 seconds. Each exercise is completed eight times before moving on to the next exercise. Exercises consist of squats with a jump, split lunges, russian twists, push-ups with a tap and mountain climbers. This is a high intense workout so get permission from your doctor before participating.
