Final Expense Script – Explained

Описание к видео Final Expense Script – Explained

A popular phrase in English is “It’s your funeral!”
That is something that you say that means that if someone suffers bad results from their actions, it will be that person's fault, not yours.
Moving on. Nowadays, Final expense insurance is also referred to as burial insurance, covers end-of-life expenses including funeral arrangements and any remaining medical or legal expenses that will need to be settled by your beneficiary.
Like any other campaign a script is followed to pitch to the customer. There are two types of scripts which can be used, namely live transfer or Lead generation.
A live transfer script involves the agent transferring the customer to an agent on another line to resolve their queries where as a lead generation script involves appointment setting or callback at a mutually agreed time
In either script, the emphasis is to convince the customer of the efficacy of final expense, the thrust of the introduction being obligation free quotations that cover 100% of the final expense. That is right at the beginning of the call
Understandably most people are jittery about death and may not prefer to speak about it. But, the customer may be assured that Final expense is a trend which is catching on and many people are pre paying their funerals. That is considering the current trend of inflation and the rising costs of inflation
If the customer is convinced of what we are pitching, we move on to the qualifying questions, e.g. questions on the client’s medical history, age, current physical condition and if they are the decision maker etc.
If the client doesn’t qualify, we let the client down as gently as possible with a courtesy close, otherwise we move on to the following:
• In the instance of Live transfer we offer three options of 5000, 10000 and 20000 for a live transfer script followed by the disclaimer
• In the instance of Lead generation, once the qualifier questions are done we move on to the disclaimer and set an appointment time
I hope the above answers your queries and completes your understanding. Thank you.
