In this free video guitar lesson, you learn how to play the song “I Shot the Sheriff” by Bob Marley and also made famous by Eric Clapton. The guitar riff is straight out of the G minor pentatonic scale. The chords are drawn from the G minor scale and the strum pattern is based on syncopated sixteenth notes.
