At the time this video was recorded, Sans was 19, only a few months away from turning 20, and the victim was 16. Sans sent the victim explicit material involving Sans (the character, of whom he named himself after and considers himself to be in a sense, an adult) and Frisk, who is a child. Sans also manipulated the victim and threatened his own life to keep the victim from leaving him or exposing him. He made avatars of Sans (the character, but with 18+ stuff on it) and the victim, giving the victim's avatar cut marks in the shape of his name (sans) on the thighs and arms.

Another victim of Sans also came forward. They were 17-18 when he was 16-17, but their allegations are that of abuse. They allege that he sexually harassed them despite them explicitly telling him to stop, manipulated and guilt tripped them into sexual acts they did not wish to participate in, manipulated them to prevent them from leaving him, verbally abused and gaslit them, and spread false claims about them to friends of theirs. These remain as allegations, however, as proof of these acts was not recorded and/or could not be recovered.

Sans is now 21.
