In this video, I’m showing off my finished Hellraiser bust, 3D printed in FDM and fully hand painted for maximum realism.
The model is by Hex3D and printed clean with great detail, making assembly smooth and straightforward.

I embedded real metal pins into the skull, hand-painted the flesh tones to match the exposed areas, and finished everything with Perma Blood to give the wounds that fresh, brutal look. The base was weathered and dirtied up to match the tone of the piece and really sell the horror aesthetic.
