This video is inspired by a question I was recently asked: "How do you manage to run after work?"

Most runners know that running in the morning is ideal - you're full of energy, haven't been worn down by the day, and it's easier to avoid excuses. However, my schedule doesn't allow for morning runs during the week. My mornings are dedicated to getting ready for work and commuting, so I can only fit in morning runs on weekends or when I work from home (which, at the moment, is once a week).

So, most days, I hit the pavement in the evening. It's not always easy - I'm often drained of energy or lack motivation after a long day. But, as someone training for the Dublin Marathon, I can't afford to slack on my training schedule. In this videos, I share how I make sure I still get my runs in after work.
