Hello Friends, Please note this is not coconut fried rice. That is a different recipe and I will add it to this channel later. This is traditional coconut rice. please try this and let me know your comment.

Ingredients for the traditional coconut rice recipe
Fennel Seeds 1 teaspoon
Shallots 10 Nos
Grated Coconut 2 Cups
Water 1 Cup
Rice 2.5 Cups
Coconut Oil 2.5 tablespoon
Ghee 2 teaspoon
Cardamom 3 Nos
Cinnamon 2 Nos
Cloves 3 Nos
Water 3 Cups
Curry Leaves 2 Nos

PLEASE NOTE: I use coconut oil for most of the South Indian dishes, especially authentic Kerala recipes. However, you can use any cooking oil according to your personal choice. If there is any must use scenario, I will tell you that in the video.
