Tib Raises

3 way lunge 3×5 each leg

Walking RDLs

Walking Quad Pulls

Jump Rope 3×100

Squat 4×10 (1 warm up set with bar)
Box Jumps 3×10
Side Lunges 3×10 each leg

TrapBar DL 3×10
DB Jumps 3×10
SL RDL 3×10 each leg

Hip Thrust 3×10

SL Press 3×10ea
Depth Drop to Box Jump w Med Ball 3×10

Abs:

3×20 figure 8s
3×20 deadbugs
3×20 yoga ball rollouts

Cardio:
First on 9.0 incline and 3.5 pace to get warmed up

Run 6:40 mile (9.0 mph pace)
