If you want to really develop your shoulders (deltoids), then you HAVE to hit ALL 3 DELTOID HEADS!!

1. Clavicular (Anterior) Head
Movements: Flexion, Adduction, Internal Rotation
2. Acromial (Lateral) Head
Movements: Abduction
3. Spinal (Posterior) Head
Movements: Extension / Hyperextension, Abduction, External Rotation

In this video, I not only teach you the anatomy of all three heads as well as the movements that they're responsible for, but I help you put that knowledge into practice by demonstrating three specific isolation exercise moves - one for each head of the deltoid. This is Part 2 of "Everything you NEED to know BEFORE working shoulders!" In Part 1, I laid the groundwork for this video by describing all the other 17 muscles in the body that move the shoulder joint, so that we have a foundation to build on for isolating them as much as possible from our deltoid workouts.
