Designed by Dallas architect Raymond Lambert in 1971, this home has had only two previous owners, a testament to its timeless appeal and meticulous preservation. The terrazzo flooring, which remains intact, glows under the abundant natural light streaming in through the tall ceilings. Eddie's dedication to honoring the home's history led him to connect with the previous owner's daughter, unveiling the rich heritage of this residence.

Driven by a vision to blend the home's original character with contemporary flair, Eddie embarked on a thoughtful renovation.
