I recently toured 450 Washington Street, a new development in Tribeca by Related.

Here are a few reasons I really like this building.

The entrance is just off the Westside Highway but the lobby is set back from the street and walking through the landscaped garden, created by world-renowned landscape architect Hollander Design, creates a welcoming residential ambiance. Many of the residences have views of the Hudson River. In a market where there is currently a shortage of studios or one bedroom homes, this luxury addition fills the gap nicely. Need more space? There are three and four bedroom homes of approximately 1800 square feet. Pricing is in line with the current neighborhood average of about $2,400/ square foot. Many of the homes have very smart and efficient layouts keeping the aggregate pricing approachable for the neighborhood.

Amenities include an attended lobby, a resident’s lounge, a gym, meeting rooms, a roof deck with a grilling station and a golf simulator. Ask me how you can own your piece of historic Tribeca.
