Recipe: Dahi Pudina Chutney
Preparation Time:10 mins

Ingredients:
1) 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2) 1/2 cup fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
3) 280 grams hung curd.
4) 1/2 onion finely chopped
5) 4 green chilies (moderately spicy)
6) 5-6 cloves of garlic
7) 1/4th tsp roasted cumin seeds
8) 1 tsp salt
9) 1 tsp cooking oil
10) pinch of black salt

Steps
1) In a grinder jar put mint leaves,Coriander leaves, garlic,Green Chilies, Onions.
2) Grind these ingredients into a fine paste.
3) Whisk the hung curd in a large bowl.
4) Now add green chutney to whisked curd. Add roasted cumin seeds, black salt,Cooking Oil,salt.
5) Mix all the ingredients evenly.

Dahi Pudina chutney can be served with Tandoor and Grilled dishes.
