Are you anxious about the climate crisis? You’re not alone. 60% of 16-25 year olds said that they experience climate anxiety. Despite eco-anxiety being common, many people still question how to deal with feelings of despair, doom and grief around climate change.

In this video, we break down three ways to turn climate anxiety into climate action. Powering up your imagination, advocating within your community and taking breaks can lead the way to a regenerative future – a future that cares about people and the planet.
