The Deliberant Operator is a heavy early carry as you start with four corpus blocks, an advanced tac-bar and Gun and Melee 3 (all subject to change before release) making you severely overpowered for the duration of your playthrough.

This mod will be kept private until he decides to polish it and release it to the public.
