Coachella Valley Home Watch’s focus is your home and your peace of mind! This is a sample of items that we check for every home however, what’s important to you is important to us! We can customize our checklist to include items of your concern and provide reporting specific to them. Here is list of interior and exterior items we include as part of our service. If you have special requirements, just let us know!

01. EXTERIOR
We will inspect the exterior of the property for:
i. Check for vandalism, theft, storm or other damage, insect infestation and animal intrusion.
ii. Collect mail, newspapers and fliers or solicitations that might be left on your property.
iii. Landscape issues (dead or dying plants, grass, any branches, tumbleweeds or other items that need to be addressed).
iv. Irrigation system (turn on and check for any major leaks).
v. Lighting.
vi. Ensure all windows and doors are secure.
vii. Check any exterior circuit breakers for any tripped breakers.
viii. Additionally, if you have a pool or hot tub we can check the levels and filtering systems.

02. INTERIOR
We will inspect the interior of your home for:
i. Security System operation
ii. Check and test smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors (replace batteries as needed)
iii. Check inside circuit breakers in house or garage for any tripped breakers
iv. Check air conditioning system for operation
v. Check all refrigerators and freexers for current temperature and operation
vi. Check stove and oven for operation
vii. Check garage door openers for proper operation
viii. Check windows, doors and all interior lighting
ix. Run water in all of the following: sinks, dishwashers, tubs, toilets, and washing machines and check for any leaks
x. Hot water heater
xi. Visual check for any insect or rodent issues
