Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 - Devkit Boss Rush

Описание к видео Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 - Devkit Boss Rush

Devkit (and more tutorials) coming soon. Anyway, this is not a no-damage run - far from it, I haven't had time to practice these (especially against those I programmed, :V), this is a simple "what we've got programmed in" showcase, and frankly, trying to buster-only this many bosses in a row is pretty damn hard. I'm no dragon after all. Besides, Quint's freakin' scary now, especially after 14 other bosses, and I was lucky to get a successful attempt at him

Music used are remixes by Legend of Renegade:

His music won't be in the final game unless someone actually adds one of his remixes to the final level.. I just like his takes on the tunes and figured I'd have different music for the bosses relevant to them so you didn't have to listen to the same boss theme 15 times.

So, long story short - we are expecting custom bosses this time round, like last time, but we've provided a large example selection too.

These bosses were chosen for their variety of patterns, with the exception of Crash Man, who has been chosen simply because I want someone simple to modify for an upcoming tutorial.

The contenders are the following:
MM1:
Cut Man & Guts Man
MM2:
Metal Man & Crash Man
MM3:
Gemini Man
MM4:
Toad Man & Pharaoh Man
MM5:
Gravity Man
MM6:
Plant Man & Centaur Man
MM9:
Splash Woman
MM10:
Chill Man
MM1 DOS:
Volt Man
Rockman and Forte Wonderswan:
Komuso Man
MM2GB:
Quint

I programmed about half of these, (usually the ones I do abysmally at, :V ... with the exception of Quint. You can blame Renhoek for him.)

We've tried to be accurate to the original games where possible, with the exceptions of Quint, Volt Man, and Komuso Man, the latter two having minor modifications to their patterns for variety's sake, and the former actually being given a (rather... too hard frankly) new boss fight because. Quint will probably be toned down before the final Dev Kit releases, but at the moment we're fixing bugs rather than focusing on content itself.

Anyway, this is just a preview of some of the things that MIGHT show up in levels in MaGMML2. Of course, we're also expecting a fair few custom bosses to show up as well. But this is just a sample.

Catch you guys later!
