straight to the point: what is a cause and effect diagram

Описание к видео straight to the point: what is a cause and effect diagram

The sttp (straight to the point) series looks at high level descriptions for a given lean six-sigma topic. Targeted for those who want a refresher or are preparing for a job interview or perhaps just aren't ready to commit to more detailed training just yet. Keeping it short, sweet and informative is what you can expect.

This session is focused on 'what is a cause and effect diagram'. We will take a quick look at how to use this diagram and its uses for problem solving. It is also called an Ishikawa or Fishbone diagram (because of how it looks). We start off by identifying a problem and then looking into the causes. For our example we are exploring why hamburgers are returned to a fast food restaurant.

After enjoying this video you should have an understanding of how to use a cause and effect diagram and start your own problem solving.
