Ingredients :
Vankaya masala :
Take a pan
Groundnut- 2 - 2 1/2 tbsp
Fry well
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Dry Coconut- 1/4 th of it
Fry well
Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Grind it to powder
Take a pan
Oil - 1 tbsp
Brinjal - 1/4 kg
Sprinkle little salt and set a side
Oil 1-2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 full
Fry well
Green chili - 4-5
Ginger garlic paste - 3/4th tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Red Chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Add ground powder
Hot water - 350 ml
Cover & cook for 10 minutes
Grade paneer as shown
Coriander leaves - few
