08/17/2024 Dubuque, IA. I have caught the swing bridge in action before but this time I zoomed in very close to the rail joints coming back together! The CN M338 made a move over the bridge and through the East Dubuque tunnel. After the M338 cleared the CPKC got the light for a North bound train then shortly after a South bound empty coal train.
