झटपट होणारी कुरकुरीत लसूण चटणी करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप पातळ काप केलेली लसूण
• १ कप शेंगदाणे
• १ कप किसलेलं सुकं खोबरं
• १ कप कढीपत्ता

Let’s see how to make quick and delicious lasun chutney. Lasun means garlic. This is a very easy and simple recipe. This is a delicious side dish. It not only looks tempting but also tastes just awesome. I will share lot many tips and tricks to make perfect chutney. We already have seen different chutney recipes. This is yet another quick and simple addition to the list. This recipe doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it from very few ingredients those are readily available in your pantry. Try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup sliced Garlic
• 1 cup Peanuts
• 1 cup grated dry Coconut
• 1 cup Curry leaves (Optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 1/2 tsp white Sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp Red chili powder
• 2 tbsp Oil

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and roast them until they get light golden color.
• Transfer them into a dish. in the same pan heat up oil and add garlic.
• Fry well until it gets nice golden color and take it out into a dish.
• In the same oil fry curry leaves until they turn nice and crispy and take them out into a dish.
• In the same pan roast peanuts really good and take them out into a dish.
• Roast coconut and cumin seeds together in the same pan until it gets nice golden color and take
them out into a dish.
• Blend peanuts, dry coconut and cumin seeds into coarse powder first and add curry leaves.
• Blend it well and add garlic. Blend it well together into coarse powder.
• Add red chili powder and salt and blend it just to mix well.
• Add sesame seeds and pulse it once or twice. Lasun chutney is ready.
• Store the chutney in an airtight container.
• It has shelf life of about 2-3 months.
