Try out this Radhashtami Special Mawa Kachori which is a super delightful sweet dish best to offer our belowed Ladli. This nutty stuffed, crispy kachoris add wonders to the celebrations

Nos - 12

Ingredients:

For stuffing -

200g khova (or) mawa
1 tsp ghee
Small piece of nutmeg
2 big cardamom
1 tbsp crushed almonds
1 tbsp crushed pistachios
3 to 4 tbsp mishri powder or sugar powder



For dough -

250g all purpose flour (or) maida
5 tbsp melted ghee
½ cup + 2 tbsp water

For sugar syrup -

1 cup sugar
½ cup water
1 tbsp saffron water [crushed 5 to 6 saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp of water for 1 hour]
½ tsp cardamom powder

Ghee for frying
Garnish it with some chopped almonds, chopped pistachios and some rose petals
