Any ideas what this sound could be caused by?
2008 Audi A8L 4.2 V8 FSI - 165,000KMs
Rattling sound only on startup from back of engine + Idling at 2100RPM.

Rattling sound only occurs on startup, and every other startup. Sometimes on startup there is zero rattling sound, so noise is intermittently present. There are no rattling sounds after startup. To troubleshoot I did an engine flush and new oil change. This video was recorded right after the engine oil change and Liqui-Molly Flush.

Please comment below if you may have an idea as to what this sound could be.
