An elderly patient with a complex medical history including right hip fracture, triple vessel block with calcified arteries, failed PTCA at another hospital, internal bleeding, hyponatremia, hypokalemia, and low hemoglobin was successfully managed at our facility. Due to the high cardiac risk, the surgery was performed using minimal dose epidural anesthesia without spinal anesthesia. A minimally invasive proximal femoral nailing procedure was done with precision. Despite the challenges, the patient was managed efficiently and made a smooth recovery. Today, he is doing well and in good health.
