Thank you for all of your submissions on ‘why’ you could use a motivational speech from me. There were a lot of great submissions and I've come up with something which I hope speaks to many of you. I’ll post the motivational speech in the next few days.

For tonight, however, there was one post that my heart went out to because of the work I do with the First Step Foundation, a charity that supports people with gross and fine motor disabilities. Here is my message to Sheila Swank’s brother who is recovering from a spinal cord injury at Craig Hospital in Denver, CO.
